Return and refund

We do not accept returns or exchanges since our products are custom-made upon order. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll replace it for free!

Eligibility for Refunds/Replacements

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • The item is damaged or defective.

  • There is a printing error or wrong item received.

To request a refund/replacement:

  • Contact us at theteealchemy@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide photos showing the issue.

  • We will review your request and arrange a free replacement if eligible.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are processed only for damaged/defective products. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Wrong size ordered: Please double-check our size chart before ordering.

  • Change of mind: Since our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

  • Lost packages due to wrong address: We are not responsible if an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout.
